Wholesale:
In order to be set up as a wholesaler of ABC Gift Boutique’s items, please contact us at wholesale@abcgiftboutique.ca for a reseller authorization form. Most items are available for wholesale purchase. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Minimum Orders: There are no minimum orders. However, the higher the value of your order, the higher the discount for which you are eligible.
Return Policy: Returns are only accepted on unopened, defective items within 7 days of receipt. Replacements will be made and reshipped upon receipt of returned goods. Refunds are not available. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping: Wholesale orders are charged actual shipping and handling fees. These fees will be added at the time of shipment. Shipments are sent via Canada Post or FedEx. Items will ship as the items are available, so you may get your order in more than one shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your items ship. Local delivery is available on orders in the Brantford and Woodstock areas. Customer pick-up can also be arranged.
Samples: Samples can be purchased at the wholesale price plus shipping. If you decide not to carry these items in your store, samples may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Dropship:
In order to be set up as a drop ship distributor of ABC Gift Boutique’s items, please contact us at dropship@abcgiftboutique.ca for a reseller authorization form. Most items are available for drop shipment. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Shipping: Please contact us for a shipping rate sheet at dropship@abcgiftboutique.ca Drop ship orders are filled once payment is cleared through PayPal. Items are sent via Canada Post or FedEx. You will receive an email confirmation once your items ship.
Orders: Send orders via e-mail to dropship@abcgiftboutique.ca Please write “Drop Ship (CUSTOMER NAME)” in the subject line of the e-mail. Include customer’s full shipping information as well as the items ordered, including any upgrade and/or personalization information. If you would like to include an invoice or other items with each shipment, please attach them to your e-mail. All documents will be printed in black & white and will be included in the shipment.
