order to provide our customers with the most accurate shipping costs, we will
send you an invoice including both the cost of your item(s) and your actual
shipping cost. Once we have received your payment we will build and ship
your order asap.

We charge actual shipping rates,
based on the best price we can find (Canada Post or a courier service such as
FedEx).
Free delivery may be available for local
customers (Woodstock, Ontario or Brantford, Ontario and surrounding
areas). If you live locally, you may be eligible for 5% off on pick-up
orders. Please contact us to find out if this applies to you.
Once
your order has been confirmed, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be made
(some products may take longer, this will be stated on product information
page). Shipping time will depend on your location and the method of shipping you
choose, but your order will usually arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment
in Canada and up to 14 business days in the U.S.
You will receive an
email to confirm shipment. There will be an extra fee for any express shipping
order; these costs will be included in your shipping invoice.
Combined shipping may be possible for some products.
