express or implied, including without limitation: warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose including without limitation use as anything
other than display or decoration. This disclaimer of liability applies to any
damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, or use
of unauthorized purposes, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior,
negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically
acknowledges the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer.

agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages arising out of ABC Gift Boutique products or the use or
the breach of any warranty, all of which express or implied, are disclaimed.
Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to
all ABC Gift Boutique products.
