This agreement is between ABC Gift Boutique and
(herein known as “The
Seller”).
The Seller agrees to promote ABC Gift Boutique’s product on its
website. ABC Gift Boutique agrees to have stock or make product at time
order is placed from The Seller.
ABC Gift Boutique will sell their
product to The Seller at an agreed upon discounted price. Should any changes in
this price be made, both parties must agree to it in writing.
ABC Gift
Boutique will inform The Seller of their retail prices so that The Seller does
not undercut ABC Gift Boutique’s pricing. If ABC Gift Boutique changes
their pricing it is their responsibility to inform The Seller of the price
changes to ensure The Seller does not undercut ABC Gift Boutique’s retail
price.
The Seller will collect monies for orders and then send payment to
ABC Gift Boutique through PayPal. Once the payment has cleared, ABC Gift
Boutique will ship to The Seller’s end-customer. Monies sent to ABC Gift
Boutique will include agreed upon shipping costs.
ABC Gift Boutique only
accepts returns on items that are defective (i.e. damaged) and in unopened
condition. If notified of damage within 7 days of receipt, ABC will replace the
item. Damaged items must be returned to ABC Gift Boutique first. Shipping costs
are not refundable.
The Seller agrees to send complete, confirmed
shipping information for the end-customer. Any incomplete or incorrect
information (e.g. missing zip code) will incur a fee of $2.00, payable prior to
shipment of goods. ABC Gift Boutique is not responsible for packages sent to
unconfirmed addresses. The Seller agrees to send orders via e-mail to
dropship@abcgiftboutique.ca ABC Gift Boutique agrees to
include The Seller’s invoice with the shipment if The Seller attaches it to the
e-mail of the order.
Once an order is placed, The Seller agrees that it
cannot be cancelled.
The Seller acknowledged that many items take time
to make. ABC Gift Boutique will provide The Seller with an estimated timeline
for item completion so that The Seller can keep their end customer informed.
These estimates start from the time that payment is cleared, not from the time
of the order placement.
Photos: All photos may be downloaded from
our website at www.abcgiftboutique.ca If needed, images can be
emailed to you as well. Feel free to write your own descriptions or use
the ones located on our website. Be sure to include the disclaimer that
substitutions of equal or greater value may occur due to availability of items.
This agreement will be valid for 90 days from date of signature.
